This program is part of the European Union Educational Outreach program organized by the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, the World Affairs Councils of America, and the Miami-Florida European Union Center of Excellence.

The European Union Educational Outreach Program provides for classroom visits by senior European diplomats and experts to American high schools to deepen student and teacher understanding of the European Union.
